Polaris Slingshot 3 Way Adjustable Coilovers by DDMWorks

The Polaris Slingshot is a lot of fun straight from Polaris, but with some simple changes like these upgraded coilovers you can really improve both the handling and ride comfort. The DDMWorks 3 way adjustable coilovers offer  improvements to your handling, ride comfort and does it at a great price. This complete 3 piece setup is a fully adjustable system that allows you the opportunity to make your ride handle just how you want, not another “one size fits all” setup.

The DDMWorks 3 way Sport shocks are a unique twin tube, 3 way adjustable (Compression, rebound and ride height) coilover system that uses spherical ball joints on the top and bottom to mount securely and offer precise control to the suspension. The 3 way adjustment on these shocks allows you to change the way the shocks respond to the road with a simple turn of a knob. There are 19 clicks of compression and rebound adjustment on the shock body and enough threads on the shock to allow you to raise your Slingshot 1″ or lower it down more than 2″. That wide amount of adjustment is able to be done because of the unique valving on these shocks that allows more stroke than similar priced coilovers. The valving in these coilovers is also not an off the shelf part designed for a car, but instead something that has been specifically tuned to the Slingshot.

The coilover set comes to you already pre-assembled for all 3 wheels with all spacers and hardware needed to mount. Coilovers come with the spring bearings pre-installed. What are spring bearings? The spring bearings go between the spring and the shock body and allow the spring to rotate easily on the shock body with the spring is compressed. With eh bearing installed, the spring can rotate easier and give a more consistent response., along with also making height adjustments easier.
